Rundgrens debut album, RUNT, was released in September 1970 and peaked at No. 185 on the Billboard 200. The featured single, We Gotta Get You A Woman, reached No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 in January 1971. Todd fans will certainly have heard of a mistaken rare 2nd pressing that featured a different version of the album with unique mixes and edits. We set out to duplicate that album, but could not find the actual tapes. What we did find was an unissued early version of the album that is also very different in terms of mixes, edits, and sequencing. A third version!
