Written and produced by the band, ‘All The Right Reasons’ sets a modified tone for Nickelback’s future by showing off a great range of musical styles and incorporating new musical elements into the mix, like piano and strings (on “Savin Me”). Taking us back to Nickelback’s trademark raucous rock are “Fight For All The Wrong Reasons” and “Animals.” Tracks like “Side of a Bullet” and “Follow You Home” feature a tribute to slain Pantera guitarist “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott and the work of ZZ Top maestro, Billy Gibbons, respectively.
